Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone had found a way to set off alerts on particular stocks based off of unusual volume that can be found when viewing a tick chart. I'm using the 233 and 512 tick charts right now. Any code from someone that does this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new here to the forum and I'm happy to be finally engaging in a community of like-minded people. Thanks for taking the time to get back to me!

define unusual volume.

I would say volume that is at least 10 times greater than the average volume. A volume spike basically.
