I dont see any screen that says to click here to start new thread

Hi, what screen does one go to -- in order to start any basic thread... especially when you want to send question to big mike.

I dont see any screen that says to click here to start new thread

1) decide where you want to start a new thread.
2) go there and do what you just did here.
