Entering a trade " After " Market close ....

Good Evening,

My question is related to entering a trade ( Futures ) After Hours and or Pre-Market .... I.E. after the close of 3:00 p.m. cst.

I read that placing a trade , anywhere from 3:30 p.m. cst up until 8 a.m. cst can be risky , as you can incur large gap ups/downs , as well as a huge lack of liquidity during certain ( After Market ) trading hours

So given this , what is the Earliest ( Pre-Market ) time frame , that makes sense for waiting to enter a trade Pre-Market ?

As an example, lets say that we find a great setup from one of the longer term charts ( Daily ) after the close , and we want to enter this trade ASAP
What would be the earliest we would want to enter this trade ... 7 a.am. cst. ?
7:30 a.m /
8 a.m. cst. ?

Just trying to keep me self on the safe side for making Early entries
