Hi everyone,

I am recently testing Dukascopy platform and I would like to export tick data from Dukascopy to NT in order to train my trading skills using market replay functionality of NT.

Tick data from Dukascopy is correctly exported to NT, but as historical data. When I tried to replay these data using market replay it does not work correctly. Ticks do not appear and it is not possible to open or close a position.

Has anyone experience exporting data from an external source (not being Market Replay Data of NT) and being successful running it?

I have tried also MT (Multicharts) but its market playback has not manul trading option. Also, I have been reading forums and there is not a clear solution to export data to NT and replay that using market replay.

PD.Maybe NT8 will solve this.

As it is said in released major enhancement list for NT8, the option that I am looking for will be included in the next update.

(pag. 28 of the PDF) "Market Replay was renamed to Playback and now has the option to playback historical tick data that you would download from a market data provider such as Kinetick in addition to the classic Market Replay
data files just like previous versions. We’ve also enhanced the market replay data structure by storing L1
and L2 data in a single file which ensures 100% accurate replay sequence. "

If anyone knows how to replay historical data exported to NT7 from a data file it would be really helpful.

No one knows about how to export data from Dukascopy to NT7 in order to replay it correctly in market replay mode?
