Can anyone recommend a trading journal template for the ZB and ZN Instruments?

not sure what you mean - regardless of the instrument, the things you should be looking at remain constant. Instrument is just a name attached to a chart...

I am a newbie, and I want to journal my progress on the ZB, but the journals I have seen are very complicated for someone new. Can anyone recommend a journal format or template that is simple can be scaled up as i become more comfortable with trading?
