For some reason I can't figure out, my ZB-201509-ECBOT chart isn't properly loading historical data. It's only happening with this symbol. I'm trying to load historical back to Jan 1 this year.

My settings:

But the data is only going back to around March. I've tried deleting and re-downloading, and tried date based back-adjusted vs volume based. No change.

Anyone else having this problem with this symbol? I am using Sierra's data feed (Barchart).

Mike

OK I deleted ZB* from the data folder and then reloaded Sierra, it downloaded everything again. Was still not showing correctly, but I changed the rules for the back adjusting and re-applied, then it worked.

Apparently something wrong with one of the data files. Before this, I was using Sierra's right-click delete option for new data. But deleting them from Windows explorer solved it.

No Mike, everything is okay here. Although I have it back for 700+ days back-adjusted with volume based rollover (that is different from your settings) I don't see any problems. Most likely you have got some data missing.

I'm using Sierra with CQG FIX (with AMP) and am not able to load historical data even though SC data feed support is enabled in the data/trade service settings. For some reason, it is not loading data before October 2015.

Do I need to enable something?

Look at the bright side!
