Does MC.NET have a function/method similar to the CrossesAbove() or CrossesBelow() found in NT? Looking through the docs i'm not finding anything which is surprising.

`PublicFunctions.CrossesOver()` and `PublicFunctions.CrossesUnder()` can be used for that.
