plot axis reference for bar style

Hello, I could do this with another software and it lacks me. I have a plot which displays as Bar style. I'd like to change the reference axis of the bar from 0 to something else dynamic. Exemple : plot series values : 2 - 4 - 3 - 4 axis reference values : 10 - 10 - 20 - 10 plot display on chart : 10 to 12 (10+2) - 10 to 14 - 20 to 23 - 10 to 14 ala matrix style ;) Do you know a way to do this ? Thanks a bunch
