SimpleMovingAvg("length" = 50) is greater than SimpleMovingAvg("length" = 50)[1]
StochasticFull("d period" = 3)."FullD" crosses above 15
Momentum("length" = 9)."Momentum" crosses above -5
MACD("fast length" = 5, "slow length" = 15, "macd length" = 20)."Value" crosses above -2

it says invalid statement when place in tos scan.

Hello Rtace1,

I am a, relatively, young Swing/Day Trader,

I use Think or Swim and taking classes on stocks and chart reading and candlesticks.

I am looking for a script to be written or maybe already available.

I have watch lists with varying stocks. I need to enter stocks on a watch list before they breakout.
Volume, Bid/Ask Spread or Chart Studies, such as RSI, DMI, Stochastic Volume Average are helpful but they do not help during the day. They help in preparing watch lists to buy a stock but most of my trades are day or 1 day swing.

I can have 60 Stocks in a watch list but markets may change midday, like this week, and I do not have or know of an indicator that tells me what stocks I can focus on during the day. Volume is good but not a specific indicator.

To better improve my entry and exits, I believe I need the following:

1) I need a scan that allows me to track a stock throughout the day, for example consolidation patterns,
cup and handle bases or flat bases. I don't see this in Think or Swim. I see scans for candlesticks.

a) I have 10 stocks on a "Focused" watch list and 3 stocks may be channeling or have a double bottom but I have to scroll through each stock, which takes time. I set alerts but sometimes I enter at 4% past the preferred buy point.

The only site that closely does this is FinViz but I need "realtime actionable" information.

2) I need a script that can take all the data from news feeds, for a particular stock and place it in the chart study. This way I can align the price with any significant news. Think or Swim has a separate news feed tab but takes some time to align information with price action.

Not sure if what I am looking for is within your services.

Your Input Is appreciated !

thanks,
Al
