work 2-3 hours per day, tons of free time
nobody to hassle with
no endless hours on the phone
no customers
no selling
no employees
no overhead
total freedom, nobody to answer to
no chasing down payments due to me
no hassles to upkeep state & federal filings for a corp
business is recession proof, can make money in any economy

what's your favorite parts about trading ?

you should mention also the negative side…
you can raise in the morning, go to work, work extremely hard and still return home with less money you had.
if you are doing your own, you are most of the time alone.
working 2/3 hours is an illusion to me
if you can't work, no money are coming in
there is no pension contribution unless you do your own so better do enough for when you can't work anymore.
and the list should go on…

Actually, you have to like trading so much to make it for a living. But if you do, I agree with you it's the perfect job.

I have started Forex trading as a part time business and gave about 3 to 4 hours at first and during these 3 to 4 hours I was able to earned double than my full time job thus I started trading for full time and my broker helped me a lot in taking various decision while trading with Forex.
