What are Don Miller Sequences?

Just curious if anyone has figured out what a Don Miller "sequence" is?? I've read the ENTIRE blog a few times and been in and out of his posts for years, but I have yet to see where he actually describes what he means by a 'sequence'.
Best I could do is guess that the first pullback on the 5m is step 1, but still very vague. I get that there are no special setups, but just curious what he means by this constant reference.

Also, and unrelated...who actually believes that there is 'retail' money that is large enough to influence e-mini moves intraday? Every tick is thousands of institutional contracts...ok...probably hijacked my own thread so please respond to my first question before flaming the second
