Honestly I don't really think so. If there are they probably don't speak English. Your best bet is to probably just head over to the 東京証券取引所 and check it out.
Thanks Doctor Dirty! I have been on the hunt since I got here. So I take it that you are a trader here in Tokyo?
I did however find one group during my research. Have you ever heard of them? I may start a thread for suggestions also. Its a Prop firm headquartered here called Tsuru capital. Lead by a gentleman named Simon Cranshaw.
