I'm wondering if there is any software that monitors and trades based on the overall performance of a portfolio?

For example, consider if:

* Your portfolio has shares in 10 different companies.
* The overall performance of the portfolio is 47%.

Now if the overall portfolio jumps above 50%, is there any software that will automatically sell the top performing shares?

It's not exactly what you are looking for, but you should take a look at StockFinder. I used to use it when I was swinging equities, and they have some fantastic tools for looking at markets on broad terms or in baskets of your portfolio.
