If anyone has built a indicator using ancog I would like some help, it seems like it would be simple if you havecreated one before . I'm getting stuck while compiling need some help.

Have you tried a non-paid project first, sharing all your details and exactly where you are getting hung up? There are a limited number of people with experience of NT and Encog, you'll reach them far more likely with a detailed post than a paid project.
