Hi there,

I'm a newbie in this forum, actually this is pretty much the first trading forum I have joined.

I'm a discretionary trader looking to automate some common sense EL rules.

I can't figure out if I can Prohibit Trading if certain conditions are true, ( keep in mind the entry is discretionary )

For example:

If Price Under MA, Cannot Long
If Price Over MA, Cannot Short

Does anyone know if I can make EL not submit orders if certain conditions are not met?

Thank you,
Time88

First it would be better to show your code so someone will add the conditions you want.

If you do not want to show it you can add rules like

for long order

AND C > MA...

for short order

AND C < MA...
