this is my first post... I am working on some indicators for MT5 (basic C++ programming knowledge). Having some problems with my EA.

Could anybody give me a clue how I can identify
- the 2nd and 3rd bar of a day
- the 2nd and 3rd bar after a user defined starting time?

I'm sure that shouldn't be very complicated, but I am stuck right now.

Hi,

unfortunately nobody seems to have a hint.

In the meantime I have coded a timer to start trading after the first/second bar. I think not the most elegant, but a working solution.

I have seen that. But I like your forum, there are a lot of good discussions and it is well organized. So I wanted to give it a try, since there is a MT5 sub-forum
