What kind of conclusions should I draw from this?

I feel like I can make arguments for both buyers and sellers, but I think this favors buyers?

Buyers were happy with the 154-20 price and even got some at a discount

Sellers had no problem selling lower prices but I do feel like it means some of them are trapped with poor trade location
