When you edit and compile any indicator you will see the error messages in the editor below.
In case that you get an error message as a popup you need to open the trace file for the current day with an editor. Then scroll down that trace file and look for the last error message. Trace files can found under Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> trace.
