Hello everyone,

I think the subject line is pretty much self explanatory, but, I am curious about who prefers to trade after hours, and why?

I have seen many cases where my usual setup works after hours, but due to limited volume I have been hesitant to trade it.

Anyway, just looking to hear some thoughts on the question.

Thank you in advance for your responses,
Gary

depend what instrument you are trading if you trade oil you might be ok trading after hours but i trade ES and very very few days there is enough volume to trade afterhours otherwise you loose your shirt because they will see your atop and take it.just my opinion and personal experience

ES shouldnt be a problem during globex trading . Theres enough volume but if youre looking to scalp in and out you wont make $ because you will get slippage . To open and manage a swing trade works for me and during the almost daily summer chopfest season it could be the only way to make profits .
