Its a seminar given by Bond trader Charlie DiFrancesca to new pit traders. not sure if members here have seen this or not, or if its been posted. I did a search but im sure BM will delete or move it if its redundant.

At first I read it as "Charlie D Bond, Trader" rather than as "Charlie D, Bond-Trader", so I was thinking something like "The name's Bond - Charlie Bond".
