Does anyone use statistical analysis found in program trading like the big firms do? Or developed a method that mirrors their trading activity? This is my biggest dream and pursuit.. Very close to getting it done but was wondering if anyone else is on this path?

Could you say a little on what type of statistical analysis you are using for this?

I think of "program trading" as index arbitrage in the equity space. I am not sure what this would be in currency.
