Order's queue

I'm a newbie of this forum and easy language. I need help to convert a trading system from metatrader to easy language.

The trading systems is very simple and mainly needs to interact with executed and pending orders.
I 'm going to explain the TS: once a condition is checked I need to define a pending order queue at fixed entry prices(using limit orders) with a fixed step. This step seems easy to implement also in easy language.

Once an order of the queue is active I need to define a take profit of that and once the take profit is hit I need to redefine the same order(that in this case will be pending) with the same entry price of the last left.

Everyting should be an infinite loop: pending orders-->take profit(once the order is active)--->new pending order(once the order is out).

I hope that everything is clear and if you want I can attach the metatrader script that i use to do this successfully.
