2. Open any indicator for edit via Tools > Edit NinjaScript, right mouse click and select References > Add, and find the following file, Open, OK.
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\System.Design.dll"

After taking another look I was able to figure it out. The instruction layout really confused me.

For anyone else who got confused, here's what you want to do:

Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator > double click any indicator > right click (inside where the code is) > References... > Add > double click Local Disk C: > double click Windows > double click Microsoft.NET > double click Framework > double click v2.0.050727 > double click System.Design

No idea what this stuff does - but now you can import FractalsSRLines V2.10
