Wondering if someone has used their Market Replay Tool which allows to download replay data for multiple days: Ninjatrader Market Replay - Home

Downloaded it and used username/password they provided but won't accept when I try to sign in. The error I get is "Cannot connect to Server".

I've tried to e-mail them to see if something on their end but no response as of yet. Any else have this issue?
