I have used them from time to time with no problem.
As a test, I just logged on, connected OK and did a download. All worked well.
(My version, which I downloaded some time ago, is "Beta RC V3.0" -- I have no idea if they have a different version out now, since I never had a reason to update.)
I show a link on the app that says "Forgot?" under Password. I assume it's to reset your password, although, again, I've never used it. You may try that, or see if they will respond to your email, once it's regular business hours.
But I can verify that I can connect and download, using my version of the software at least. There's always a possibility that there was just a server issue or an internet issue that has been resolved.
I hope this is some help, at least to know that they are working for someone right now.
Reset password with no luck. Even lowered security settings as I thought a firewall may be blocking it. Same issue. I'm hoping they will respond quickly, but nothing since I sent the email early last week.
Is there a way you can zip the file and send to me? I've no response, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried on different computer and all. Running out of ideas..
Curious to know if an older version would suffice.
Just want to put a placeholder here, about the site saying "Currently we store 2 years of market replay data on our servers. " which would mislead people into thinking they've only got <currentdate> ----> 2 years back which is not the case: they appear to have most popular instruments starting from Jan-2014.
