Title Bar for charts in NT8

As a multi monitor user, the addition of DisplayFusion Pro makes resizing and positioning chart windows a breeze with the addition of preset location/size buttons across the title bar as shown in first image below.

Is there any way via the custom skin option in NT8 to add a title bar because currently without one, I can't use the function described above in NT8 as shown in the second image.

The developer team is very quick to reply, I suggest using the help option in the app and they will be able to respond.
