I'm new but not very new

I started trading a few years ago, but everything I did was in virtual. At some point I thought I need to raise cash, so I found an online prop shop, and they want me to pass their test to be able to trade their money on the futures.

I've been studying scalping futures for 6 months now. It's been gruesome. I've really dedicated all of my time and money to this. This is going to be my career. I'm well versed at it, but I keep screwing up, so I finally am coming here for some kind of counsel or mentoring to straighten me out.
