Is there an indicator that will visually identify a candle when the close of that candle is within a user defined percentage of the candle's high/low range?

for example, the indicator would change candle color, place a dot on the candle or make some other visual indication to the candle, but only on candles where the close was within the user defined percentage of the total candle high/low range.

if there isn't such an indicator, does it sound like a difficult indicator to create?

i have no ninja script experience, but will be happy to follow directions and learn what i need, if one of NexusFi (formerly BMT)'s very generous ninja programmers would guide me.....or..... if one of the many generous ninja programming geniuses would like to give it a try, i would be very appreciative.
