Is there a way to get free or low cost stocks onto NT for sim trading? I am connected to continuum which only has futures, ES mini. TDA only historical data for stocks. I have all my indicators coded for c# and NT. So im kinda stuck?

Real-time free is not possible, there is an exchange terminal fee...

A broker might pay the fee for you, if you trade sufficient (read : he can pay that fee with the commission)

In general there is no miracle
quality needs to be paid...

The best quality is most likely IQfeed, then you have the rest of the world from nearly zero to up to that.
