Does it seem strange to anyone else, that NinjaTrader seems to have built their product around this vendor which is not real high on the reliability scale?

RemoteSoft is unreachable to purchase a licence. Even Ninja does not manage to contact him. Is anyone in touch ?????????????

You need to try very hard. Contact him by phone, or send a mail to Raymond asking for help. It is a known issue.

Raymond tried several times within 2 weeks. No luck...
