If you aren't doing any backtesting and no other background apps, and just one chart or strategy with no special indicators, then 1GB should be fine.

So I understand why my strategy on demo account, real time, makes strange trades as I have only 256 Mo, and as it need speed (scalping)

Hmm, the more the better, but all depends of the guest OS (XP, Vista, Seven, 32 or 64), how the guest OS is tuned (no additional services, no antivirus, no useless processes, ...), NT7 32 or 64, and how is written the strategy.
If all is correctly tuned, 384 mb is enough (XP 32/NT7 32).

Yes NT7, winXP 32, simple strat, 1 chart no indicator, I checked with Task Manager (hpe it is the right tool) it says 220 Mo.
