Dec16 $90 Calls traded 7c today so I think the market agrees with @rleplae.
In fact the Dec16 $79 calls settled 17c. If Dec16 CL does go to $90 those calls would have a minimum return of 6470%!
Anyway you should not try to focus on making 6470% ;-)
for sure CL will go up and down plenty of times, and plenty of opportunities to take many ticks..
