Hello, I just ran into 'chat with traders' which is a great podcast that interviews professional traders like Timothy Sykes etc. A lot of the guests actually answer listeners' questions when you ask them in the comments. And there's this one trader that's offering a 30 min consult with anyone for free which I think is amazing (Zach Hurwitz). What's interesting also is that the professional traders also listen to the podcast to get ideas from other traders so def. a good resource for beginners.
