Thank you for your comments. I absolutely agree that there should be a different thread for people who want to probe the idea of a strategy based on my method. Because of the simplicity of this method, this thread should be left for clarifications, and perhaps certain enhancement that I may bring to the table.
Yes, you can run the same strategy (or more than one strategy) on different instruments (charts) at the same time. However, you will need to bear your computer's capacity and chart overload issues in mind.
Sorry I am new to trading and have some silly questions, If you can help me.
1. How can I download the strategy and run on charts.
2. Is this strategy work for NT7 or only 6.5.
3. The indicators come in Zip file and .cs format. I do not know how to setup the indicators with .cs format.
4. Please help me step by step to run this strategy.

For some unknown reasons, the UmaUtility code has not been part of the JeffsUniversalMovingAverage indicator (I checked different versions and their zip files do not have the same) and cannot be found as of this moment.
