Hi Folks,

I have been trying to work back through Martin Zweig's simple debt indicator calculation. It is supposed to be based on instalment debt provided by FRB G.19 Release.

The issue is that there is no such thing as instalment debt in the release. I tried to manufacture the consumer instalment debt figure he shows in the book by selecting columns in the data that were not revolving or business related.

Anyone run into this before when trying to calculate the indicator?

FRB: G.19 Release-- Consumer Credit

quandle.com also has the data segmented out into credit card, home loan, automotive, student loan, etc
