Missing Tool Option to compile

I'm trying to compile an indicator, but have never done this. Following instructions I found on the site:

From the Control Center select the Tools menu--> select the Edit NinjaScript menu item

I don't seem to see this option under my tools menu. Is this something only available in the paid version of Ninja?

Try <F5> inside the editor.
