the reason you get slippage is because a stop order is basically a market order that is executed after a certain price is hit; i.e. you get executed as fast as possible regardless the price - thus you get slippage.
You could e.g. use stop limit orders, which basically means that when a certain price is hit, a limit order is being executed protecting you from slippage.
