does anyone know how to make percentage change charts in Multichart so to see relative performance for multiple assets?

Very easy in Tradestation because they have option for it. Is there something similar in MC?

as far as I am aware MC doesn't have this feature. One option would be to create an indicator that creates the chart like that. However it will never be as convenient as the build in TS feature. Plus you might have additional coding to do when you try to apply studies to this indicator.
