I noticed you posted this table in another thread.

My obvious questions are
  1. Is that for the ES?
  2. How does one obtain this data?
  3. Can you obtain the same for any instrument?

That looks like quite stale data at this point I would think.

Sure but I wasn't focussing necessarily on the snapshot. It was more to do with the capability of generating the snapshot again and again.

ahh, you are not going to have access to the data the way CFTC/SEC has access for regulatory purposes so the short answer is you can't recreate it.
