I'd like to find out what day and time the next open will be following a holiday.
I'd like to also find out what time the session will end if it is a parital holiday with an early close,
I'd like to also find out what time the session will begin if it is a partial holiday with a late begin.

First things first, how do you expose if it is a late begin or early close on partial holidays?
These are bool properties on the partial holidays I havent been able to figure out how to get.

Secondly, how do I find the opening date and time following a partial holiday, or holiday?
