I'd like to find out what day and time the next open will be following a holiday.
I'd like to also find out what time the session will end if it is a partial holiday with an early close,
I'd like to also find out what time the session will open if it is partial holiday with a late open.

When using the Holiday and Parital Holiday function in NT8 code, it gives you just the day of the partial holiday
or full holiday, with a 12:00am time.

What I want is to know the next open after that holiday. (so time holiday begins/ends, AND the next open after that holiday)

Thanks!
