Reacting, without predicting

Another example on the ES (no prediction involved) :
Previous support becoming future resistance and previous resistance becoming future support.

This approach assumes we can anticipate why at times a future support or resistance will not cooperate as expected based on a few important order flow principles related to levels of demand/supply.

Final destination:

As can be seen on that chart. There is no need to predict the final destination as it will reveal itself.

This is a bottom up approach.
