I need to protect a code done with NT7, allowing other people to use it and to modify only in some points of the editor, for example the "region Variables" and "protected override void OnBarUpdate() ", all rest of the code must be protected.
Is it possible to do?

Absolute protection does not exist.
Most if not all of the protected code can be 'opened'.

You can however make it 'more difficult' for 99% of the people to gain access to your code.
in order to do what you want to do, you can make a compiled DLL, obfuscate the DLL
and seperate your solution in two parts, of which one part is in the compiled DLL and
another part in 'open' code.

I did previously a 'how-to' on creating and loading a DLL in NT7:
