Fractal Adaptive Moving Average (FRAMA) Not sure how one could use this for swing trading or long term trading. New to trading so I am not sure how to interpret this or if one would have to code this to use it. I am familiar with the term fractal. Found at etfhq. Thanks to all!

It's just an adaptive moving average. It moves fast when prices move fast and slow when prices move slow.
