They are going where the Skills/$ are the highest, and that is not the USA right now.

+1 It's going to be years before we see good jobs for Americans. It may even be decades if we over-regulate like it appears we are doing. Obama pulled another move today that showed Americans this is no democracy, this is a oligarchy after appointing Warren to that position instead of going to congress.
