Every platform that I know - migrates your workspaces across upgrades. To bad NT never supports this and it is a real pity for users who struggle to recreate their entire workspaces. In my humble opinion, workspaces should automatically migrate to the next version and all compiled indicators should recompile and be ready! This is the basics of software which NT has totally ignored!
They had so many design flaws that this was not possible. I agree though they should have provided some tools to help migrate the basics like workspaces.
