This might be a very simple question I'm sure it is but I haven't been able to figure it out.

I need access to data from 2016. I select to load Historical data but when I go back to say October 1st 2016, I can only see the daily candles and I can not narrow it down to Tick or Minute charts. Even hourly.

If there is a way to load data the way I want is there a way I can reach that data with out dragging the sliders?

I see there is an option to type in the date (Example) 01/01/16, but that is grayed out when I have normal data or Historical data selected.

I'm away from my computer right now but I think historical charts only go as low as daily bars. Try using an intra-day chart instead. I know I've had at least a hundred days loaded into an intra-day continuous contract chart.

No luck loading the intrabar data. I can go to do the date but the candles are not colored in. Maybe I can get the data from infinity or something.

My option to search by data is no longer grayed out. Re installed Sierra Chart. That's good news.

I'll ask a really odd question, What is the time this occurred in military time?

I have a project I am working on and I screwed up the time table. That's why I am looking for data from 2016.

I need to make sure my account of the trades are correct. Was hoping to use Sierra for the task. US30 is YM.
