Have you done any studies to come up with the % of time the Russell 2000 leads the other indexes higher or lower? It's seems to have been doing so quiet a bit lately.

Actually no, I haven't done any studies on that or studies on much of anything in regards to historical patterns or percentages. That said, I do notice that kind of thing but it doesn't mean much to my methodology.

Short term looking for bounce off 2.6050 to hopeful breach and close over(on daily) of 2.7
If we get over 2.7 I would be looking to hit 3, beyond that, would make assessment at that time.
I'm thinking if it goes through/below 2.6 that next level below (shown on small chart) will get blown through and be on it's way to a retest of 2.3
Would be looking for a long off 2.3 area
I see nothing but good coming from the move back, lower data fees and increased interest because of it for the retail crowd anyway.
Got my fingers crossed in the hope it may go back to $10 a tick. I somewhat doubt it but have to think there is a chance of it.
