Is there a Study that will allow me to plot Globex Hi/Lo horizontal lines on a chart that only displays RTH candles? I know in Investor RT this is done with the Mixed Periodicity Data function, for example.

If not, is there a way to plot it on a 24 hour chart (Hi/Lo for Time Period Study, for example) and then have those lines appear on my RTH chart? In IRT you can do that with V# variables, in TradeStation with Global Variables.

Sorry for the newbie question!

Thanks.

Try this:
1)
-Open another chart of just the Globex session times.
---Times should not include any of the RTH times.
---Set the Start Time to the start of the Globex, e.g. 16:15:00
---Set the End Time to one second before the RTH start.
-Add the High/Low for Time Period study.
-Set the Start Time and End Time to match the chart session times.
-On the Subgraphs tab, set the Draw Style of both lines to Dash.
-You can minimize this chart if you want.
2)
-On the RTH chart, add the Study/Price Overlay study.
-Set the Chart Region to 1.
-Set the Study To Overlay to the High/Low for Time Period study on the Globex chart.
-Set the Bar Time Matching Method to Containing Match.
-Set the Fill Blanks With Last Value to Yes.
-On the Subgraphs tab, set the Displacement of both lines to 1.

Tom is definitely a Pro when it comes to SC and his method will work just fine.

I use the Hi/Lo for time period study on all my main charts for RTH / ETH and have the thicker black lines at the ETH session and the sky blue thicker lines as RTH. I've denoted the RTH and ETH high / low with labels for illustrative purposes.

Ignore the thin darker blue lines, they are lines I add to each session.
