This is in response to the person trying to do a ACH with AMP. I have an account there and if your bank is asking for them to initiate the ACH typically don't do that. ACH out is no issue I have had great experiences doing that. They don't charge for incoming wires and there is no 3 day hold like with ACH. I have a good experience with them for what it's worth.

Amp is not authorized to debit your account like auto pay. Trader has to initiate ACH from his or her bank.
